Who – I’m an Applied Economist working on Health and Healthcare.
What – I am interested in various applied microeconomic and microeconometric topics in the areas of health and health care, including: cancer detection and screening services • analysis of spillover effects in health[care] • inequalities and inequities in emergency care • selection and moral hazard in health insurance • primary care workforce • primary care networks • implications of mental health services for labour market outcomes.
How – I try to approach empirical studies with theoretical underpinnings, using econometric and network analysis tools and working comfortably across platforms (especially R and Stata).
